Here at ITS, we believe in 100% customer service and strive to please all clients. We always do our best to take care of our valuable customers.
If, for any reason, you would like to cancel the service, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 5 calendar days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling a Service Order is 5 calendar days from the date on which You Paid the Service Fee. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: info@itradeservice.com
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your cancellation notification
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Services to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the Services were paid by You in the last 5 calendar days.
The following Services cannot be returned:
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Service that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced Services may be refunded. Unfortunately, Services with Special Offers cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Services
You are responsible for the cost of reimbursement and Income Tax of 6%. These amounts will be dedicated from the reimbursement amount. Due to the nature of the services, please contact us or your personal ITS market specialist via email for a further instructions.
We inform you that when requesting a refund upon refusal to purchase, the refund is made exclusively to the same bank card from which the payment was made.
